I am a conflict management professional with over 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate high-stakes workplace conflict where relationships, credibility, and outcomes are on the line.

For 15 years, I served as a federal mediator with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, mediating complex labor disputes across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. These engagements often involved entrenched positions, high emotion, and significant
institutional risk.

Since leaving federal service, I have continued this work through Puente Solutions, providing mediation, facilitation, and training with the same rigor, neutrality, and preparation required in the most difficult cases.

I am known for being calm, direct, and deeply prepared, helping parties slow reactive dynamics, clarify what truly matters, and reach durable outcomes that hold beyond the room.
